This home is perfect for an executive corporate retreat. Gatherings of up to 20 people will be considered, but must be approved by the homeowner. Meadowbrook has 6 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14. The home has 5 second floor bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath, including two bathrooms in the Master Suite. The third floor has one bedroom with a queen size sofa bed in the sitting room/office that shares a bath. The first floor is ideal for small family gatherings, rehearsal dinner parties, and corporate meetings while on retreat. The basement includes a kitchen area (complete with dishwasher, refrigerator drawers, ice maker, and microwave), big screen television, pool table, fireplace, lounge seating, full gym, and, powder room. The private pool area includes 6 chaise lounges and table/chairs for 8. The back patio includes a large dining area with umbrella with lounge furniture. The Sonos system is throughout the house and outdoors. NO PETS ALLOWED.
