The perfect location! Close enough to walk to everything, park your car and enjoy! Two great protected beaches and a surf beach (4 beach tags included). Fun for the kids, yet peaceful for you. Relax and enjoy the charm of Ocean City, while enjoying the cool breeze under the awnings on the front porch swing, or in the fenced-in back yard. The beach is just a block and a 1/2 away! We have the best location and value on the island (7 day minimum). Our home is within walking distance of everything! Close to the boardwalk shops without the noise of downtown. Walk to Library, community/fitness center, Boyars market, CVS, beach, and the downtown restaurants and shops. Our pet and family-friendly common area has an outside shower, outside furniture, picnic table and gas grill. The fourth bedroom has a private porch (with awnings and small ocean view) perfect for watching the city's firework displays. Our home is comfortable, clean, and attractive, the perfect place to spend your vacation and build memories. Flat screen TVs and WIFI, one parking spot. Fully equipped, newly renovated (2019) kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher and we even plant a small garden for fresh jersey tomatoes! Come, enjoy!
