It is hard to top the location of this beautiful island home. The lay-out is ideal for entertaining and multi-family gatherings. The grand Charleston style beach house has five bedrooms with 4.5 baths and sleeps 10 people in beds. There are ocean views from the triple porches, the living room, and one of the three master bedrooms. The entire house is tucked into the live oaks with large windows for natural light and the views of the moss-draped oaks. The porch swing is perfect for relaxing with a book surrounded by live oaks and taking in the ocean view. The tidal beach is just steps away and is the most secluded beach on the island, perfect for leisurely walks, beach combing, paddle-boarding, kayaking, seining, and fishing. Walk or bike to the pier village with restaurants for every taste, fishing pier, historic lighthouse and museum, theater, park, playground, festivals, open-air markets, outdoor concert series, and boutique shops. Back at the house, the chef's kitchen with Viking stove and grill, two ovens, and large dining room with a table seating 10-12 make it perfect for gathering together. The porch has a wonderful outdoor dining with ocean views and breezes. The grand piano will keep the musician in the family happy. When it is time to rest, there are three master suites with full baths and an additional suite with two bedrooms each with two twin beds and a shared full bath.
