This is a custom-built home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and plenty to offer for the entire family! Enjoy your time on the lake in warmer months, or head to the slopes in the winter. The main level common areas consist of an eat-in kitchen with snack bar, large dinette table, a spacious great room with a soaring stone fireplace and separate dining room. There is also a wonderful screened-in porch off the back of the house that opens up to a spacious patio featuring a hammock, hammock chairs, bistro table, fire pit and grill! At the far end of the main floor sits the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub. A convenient, guest-accessible laundry room can also be found on this level, along with a half-bath.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms opening up to a loft that overlooks the great room. Bedroom one has a full-size or double bed. The second bedroom houses a queen, and the third (largest) bedroom upstairs has a king and a queen. The upper bedrooms share a full bathroom (shower tub) at the end of the hallway.
Moving downstairs, guests will enjoy a fully finished basement consisting of an additional TV space - the perfect place to send the kids while the adults relax upstairs! Two extra-long twin beds on opposite sides of the basement, each with a twin trundle below, provide four more space-effective sleeping options for travelers. The trundles can also rise up to be standard-frame height. Rounding out the lower level, you will find one more bedroom housing two XL twins (each with a trundle underneath, just in case) and a full bath.
