A spacious lake view home located on a 400 acre private lake situated just 20 miles from downtown Galena and 25 miles from Chestnut Mountain. From the house it is just a short walk or drive to all of the amenities that Apple Canyon Lake has to offer, including a community pool, beach, The Cove restaurant, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, waterfall, and 13 mile recreational trail for walking, and biking. The house is also a few minutes walk to the marina which offers groceries, beverages, ice and pontoon rentals so you can get out on the water! *Please note that only property owner's registered boats and ATV's are allowed on the lake and trails. Pontoon boats can be rented from the Marina. *Please note that The Cove restaurant is typically open April-October. During the winter months the Golf Clubhouse is open for dine in or take out.
This 2,500 square foot home features a very large covered deck with beautiful views of Apple Canyon Lake. The property features a large backyard to let the kids run around and play (some kick ball, whiffle ball, volleyball equipment provided), a basketball hoop, swing set, and large driveway with plenty of parking. There is also access to the trail from the backyard.
The upper level includes two private bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full bathroom with tub, a fully stocked kitchen with all the basics for cooking meals, a large dining table, and a comfortable living room with TV and wood burning fireplace.
The lower level includes one private bedroom with a full sized bed, a bunkbed area with two full and two twin mattresses, and a full bathroom. The lower level also provides plenty of recreational area including a bar for entertaining, pool table, air hockey table, dart board, couches with large TV, and a walkout basement that provides access to the backyard.
