PARKING:
Parking for 2 vehicles.
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Winter Highlights:
With the free shuttle stop right outside your complex, and only being 1/4 mile from the base of Peak 8, you'll be skiing or riding the mountain in no time! Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
You're only a 1/4 mile from the Peak 8 Base Ski Area, where you can enjoy a fun-filled day at the mountain biking park, alpine slide, miniature golf and human maze. The fun continues at Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8 which features an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. Other Breckenridge activities to enjoy are the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
