A six-person sauna, king suite with private bathroom and patio, and your own fire pit make Ash Cottage a peaceful escape after hiking or adventures on the river. This modern black cabin sits on 6.7 wooded acres, about two hours from the city, 10 minutes from the Delaware River, and close to Bethel Woods and Narrowsburg.
Ash Cottage sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The open living room features a deep sectional, forest and stream views, Roku smart TV, games, and a cocktail kit.
The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, everyday essentials, and a pour-over coffee setup with Fellow Opus burr grinder, gooseneck kettle, V60, and scale.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite bathroom, private patio and forest views
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with forest views
Bedroom 3: Two bunk beds with 4 twin beds, plus a pack-and-play
Every bedroom has a new memory foam mattress, blackout curtains, and remote-controlled heat and AC. A washer and dryer are also provided.
The six-person sauna sits between Ash Cottage and Elm House. When Elm House is vacant, it is exclusively yours. When both homes are occupied, the sauna is shared and evening time slots are arranged for each group.
Self check-in is provided with a door code. Driveway and path lights come on at dusk. Your parking is at the top of the driveway by your fire pit; continue straight instead of turning left.
The entire cottage, private patio, decks, fire pit, and seating areas are yours. The woods and stream are shared. Elm House may host another group. For exclusive use of both homes and the sauna, book our two-cabin listing.
No pets or events. Maximum 8 guests. Exterior Ring cameras face the driveway and front entry only. The driveway is plowed in winter; AWD is recommended during snowstorms.
