Our home in the Gold Coast neighborhood offers a perfect blend of historic charm, cultural attractions, and a vibrant urban lifestyle with fine dining and boutique shopping. Only 3 blocks away from Red Line station, you can be in the Loop within 20 minutes! A 15 minutes walk to North Avenue Beach and Lincoln Park Zoo and less than a 10 minute walk to world famous Second City. Head into Lincoln Park for some boutique shopping or over to Old Town for the exquisite dining & nightlife. Walk to North Ave, Lincoln Park, and the beach on Lake Michigan!

Guests have full access to the house and back patio, with the exception of 2 locked storage spaces in the basement.

We do not have dedicated parking spaces at the house and parking in the city can be tricky, so please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed/towed. We recommend using parking apps like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find parking spots around the city.
If you are bringing a furry friend along, I must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. There is a $125 dog fee per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs. This does not cover any damage or clean up. All dogs must be house trained.
Smoking is not permitted in the house.
