2. Only registered guests are allowed on the property for the entire duration of your stay. No additional visitors are permitted.
3. Please vacate the premises by the agreed-upon check-out time. However, if you need additional time, please inform me beforehand.
4. Smoking is permitted ONLY on the private deck - please be sure to take care of ash and properly dispose of buds.
5. Please be considerate of my neighbors by keeping noise and music levels down, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
6. Pets are not allowed unless previously approved and the pet fee has been paid. A $500 charge will be applied if an unauthorized animal is brought onto the property.
7. As the primary guest, you are responsible for staying at the property throughout the entire reservation period and ensuring that all guests comply with these rules.
8. Local guests may only book on an exception basis. Bookings for parties, gatherings, or other group events are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
