Situated in the heart of downtown Forest Park on Madison Street, just steps from boutique shopping, restaurants and nightlife!
Or travel roughly 5 blocks away to the CTA Blue Line "L" or the same distance to the expressway, you can easily get to downtown Chicago, the United Center, UIC and plenty of other notable locations in no time!
The space
Once inside the condo you'll enter a darling hallway with options to go either up or downstairs.
Downstairs leads you to the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. A cozy couch and large smart television provide you with a relaxing space to unwind. Also located on this floor is the full bathroom, with stand up shower, as well as the laundry closet that includes a no cost washer and dryer.
If you proceed up the stairs you will find the master bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, comfortable linens and additional smart television.
You will also have access to our amazing furnished rooftop with cityscape views. This is a communal space and is shared with other guests. Please note the rooftop may be not be available when special events are booked.
This condo is located in a mixed use space where we also host various events from large scale weddings to intimate multi-course dinners. If you would like to host a special event, small or large, please let us know, and we will connect you with Foundry/FP.
