1. Person booking must provide ID before receiving self check-in entry code.
2. The person booking the reservation must be the same as the person staying in it (cannot reserve for someone else but yourself)
3. The person booking the reservation must be on the premises at all times when other guests are present.
4. Guest must have a valid working phone number
5. Minimum age to reserve is 30
6. No smoking in house or on premises
7. No pets allowed
8. Please Remove Shoes indoors

Large gathering, parties, loud music or noise

-Late check out fee and penalty for holding possession past check out time is $50 up to full day price.

We have the right to enter our property and right to refuse business if rules are not respected. Violations of house rules can cancel reservations and terminate stay. Subjected to vacate premises and considered trespassing.
