No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 10 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.
**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.
**There is no traditional cable on the TV in the home. The TV is equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.
** The outdoor pool is seasonal and is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures.
