Timeless Lake House sits on Elk Creek Road on the exclusive private side of Lake Anna, near the center of the lake and just outside the Rock Island Landing neighborhood in Mineral. With thousands of acres of clear water at your doorstep, this side of the lake is quieter and calmer than the public side, perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and water sports right from your own beach and dock. Wineries, breweries, mini golf, and family restaurants are all a short drive away.
This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna, which is not connected to the public side. The two sides of the lake are separated by dikes and are not navigable by watercraft.
Getting Around:
3289 Elk Creek Road is an easy drive from most of the mid-Atlantic: roughly 45 minutes from Charlottesville or Fredericksburg, about an hour from Richmond, and around 2 hours from Washington, DC. There is ample free parking at the home for up to 8 vehicles.
