Living Spaces
Three living areas—one at the front of the house, one that opens to the kitchen, and a den in the basement—all feature flat-screen TVs and plush, nap-worthy sofas. In the main living area, big windows look out over the swimming pool and deck so you can keep an eye on the kids. Speaking of the pool… another full living area awaits just outside! Along with the heated pool, you will find a hot tub, two al fresco dining tables and various seating areas and lounge chairs in the sun and shade, including a cabana. A finished basement includes another flat-screen, a pool table, and a full bath. A bedroom and a bedroom alcove on this level add to the home's sleeping space.
Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season, this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.

A first-floor primary bedroom suite features a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a spa-like attached bath. Indulge in a jetted bath in the Jacuzzi tub, or rinse off after a swim in the walk-in shower. A walk-in closet provides plenty of storage for your luggage. Four more bedrooms are located on the second floor. Two of the 2nd-floor bedrooms share access to a Jack and Jill bath, and there's another full bath in the hallway. In the basement, you'll find two additional sleeping spaces: a twin bed alcove behind a curtain and a queen-size bedroom. As mentioned, there's a full-size bathroom down here, as well. The property also has a half-bath on the first level and a full laundry room with a washer and dryer for keeping bathing suits pristine.
Outdoor Spaces
