You do not need to live in the hustle and bustle of crowded downtown, when you can get a luxurious neighborhood just minutes away !! Though it is located amidst lots of natural greenery, and live Oak trees area, it is just one red light away from entering Highway 45-W and Mopac Expressway, which takes you to any part of Austin within minutes !!
It's a 3900 sq feet house, but it has only 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths home, which means the ROOMS are very SPACIOUS. Each part of the house showcases the premium upgrades, be it the extra high ceilings (10 ft), Extra thick Level 7 granite countertops, Real solid wood cabinets, the premium European Oak wood flooring on the main floor. Upstairs is carpeted area in the bedrooms and living rooms. If you believe in enjoying the good life, then this premium vacation home is for you. Enjoy your privacy from neighbors in the backyard, as it backs to a permanent greenbelt with Nature views in the highly sought-after section of Circle C. The kitchen area is very large and accommodating and is a cook paradise. Two living rooms - Living room give a lot of space to your large groups to enjoy their time when not sleeping in bedrooms. The formal dining room is very spacious with 8-seater Dining tables and chair sets. The kitchen has new stainless appliances and granite countertops. The Master bedroom suite and Master bathroom (with hot whirlpool Jacuzzi) are downstairs along with a powder downstairs. The other 4 upstairs bedrooms are extra-large with big walk-in closets. 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. Walk out the back door to a wooden deck and enjoy your morning Yoga and time with Nature or simply relax with a cup of coffee listening to nature sounds. Enjoy the relaxing 90 Jets, Hot Outdoor 8-person Spa anytime in the day or night. 190 Jets will massage you and make you refreshed and ready for the beautiful night
This is our family home and has been furnished like a home where we love to live ourselves when not occupied. It is located in a very nice and beautiful friendly neighborhood. We expect our guests to treat the house as their own and respect the neighborhood.
A maximum 6 vehicles are allowed on the property. (2 inside garage, 4 on the driveway). Street parking is for residents only. We assume 6-vehicle parking is quite enough for large groups, but if you still need additional parking, then please contact the host.

•• Private 6-person 90 Jet Outdoor Hot Spa** located in the backyard. To recover the high energy costs of heating the water, there is a nominal $50 per night. It will be charged only if a guest wants to add this amenity to the reservation and accordingly water will be set to a heated temperature before arrival. By default, the water stays cold.
