Positive: Bright, clean, and welcoming! Check in attendant was very hospitable.

Negative: Pull out sofa was not comfortable at all, even by pull out sofa standards. I am glad we only had kids sleeping on it, as adults would not have been able to get at all comfortable

Summary: Exceeded expectations, great location, competitive price - we are glad we chose to stay here
