The space was carefully designed to create a cozy environment that will keep you coming back, time & time again. Time is such a precious thing & as you look around, you’ll find nostalgic décor items that will take you back & are sure to make you smile!
The main floor has 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 full), a full bath w/ tub/shower, luxury linens & essential items such as a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Kitchen is spacious & has all the cookware/dishware that you could possibly need including an air fryer, toaster, & the most adorable coffee bar that is stocked with coffee, creamer, syrups, & seasonal snacks. Living room has a couch, two leather chairs, accent tables, & a smart TV. Dining is set for 6 & there’s also a fun cocktail station that’s got all the goods to help you entertain for a night with friends, poker party, or a simple night cap after a shift at the hospital or long work convention! For those moments that you need to do some work or send off a quick email you can utilize the office space with desk & complimentary wi-fi! Laundry can be found in the basement along with the 3rd bedroom w/ twin beds & a half bath. Outdoors you’ll find a super cool 3 seasons room w/ seating, yoga mats, & a leather couch that gives off a speakeasy vibe. His an hers bicycles are in the garage for your use! There’s also a partially fenced in yard w/ patio furniture & a grill. Guests are also able to use the detached garage.
During your stay be sure to visit Oliver’s which is just a short .02 miles away! They have a great atmosphere, live music, tasty drinks and pizza that is amazing!! Just a few blocks past Oliver’s you’ll find many options for delicious dining and unique shopping. If you need more to do, Peoria is just 6 minutes away and offers unlimited shopping, fun, and dining!
Last but certainly not least, don’t forget to check out Grandview Drive! President Theodore Roosevelt referred to it as the “world’s most beautiful drive” and Teddy wasn’t lyin’ because we could not agree more! There are many scenic views accompanied by hiking trails for nature lovers and fitness enthusiasts.
