Summary: Was very disappointed. We had booked over a month in advance, asked for 3rd floor room, was told at arrival at 3 PM none were available. We had shared that we were HH members, and we were told that since we booked via 3rd party no HH “benefits” would apply. The check in guy was not understanding or helpful. Also, the pool and exercise facility were closed because of renovations…. which was hard because our kiddos were looking forward to swimming after long drive. The lobby was so cluttered with remodeling and old furniture, you could not easily access the coffee area…. we travel a lot and this is nothing we have ever experienced at a Hampton Inn…. will likely never stay there again.

Summary: Under renovation , do not stay here. This is an old Hampton that had building materials lined up in the hallways. Tiny elevator sounded like it was not gonna make it to the next floor.

Summary: The reason I rate it four stars is because it states that it has a soft bed, this wasn’t the case. We’ve been sleeping on a blowup mattress for a little over a week not to mention this is the hardest bed that we’ve slept on while staying at a Hampton Inn. The room we stayed in was to close to the ventilation system, so it was a little loud
Besides the negativity, the staff was super friendly, helpful,etc. The location, cleanliness,etc was perfect

Summary: They are doing renovations, which is OK, but the phone wanted to blink red all night. Hotel staff said to ignore. We unplugged. The blackout window shade has large gaps. The room seemed 1/2 renovated. Either renovate completely or don’t rent the room. I don’t really feel I got a renovation discount on the price.
The staff was very nice, helpful and professional.

Summary: The room was clean but they had recently put wallpaper up in the bathroom and the adhesive used affected my allergies and had a strong scent. It was not pleasant at all. The staff were very nice and helpful especially since the elevator was very broken.

Summary: What started out as a good stay turned horrible. At 2am on our last night of our stay I awoke to see something climbing on the wall. Upon further inspection I saw it was a roach of some kind. I was unable to go back to sleep, due to fear of more bugs crawling on to us and in our things. I killed it and left it in a napkin in the bathroom sink. Upon checking out I explained our concern to the desk clerk who said that something like
That had never happened at their property before. I presented the napkin with the bug to her as proof of what it was. Her lack of concern made the experience even worse. She shrugged when I told her that I had a 5.5 hour drive home, with very little sleep. She offered to have the property manager contact us only after I asked. When I asked for his name she pointed to a rack with multiple cards and said “it’s right here hun”. I am a Hilton honors member and stay with them quite often. She even admonished me for the missing
Information the staff failed to collect at check in because I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with Hilton.we were there for a dance competition for my granddaughter and I refuse to stay at this property in the future.
