● No events, parties, or loud music are permitted in the home. Please note that the city's quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.
● This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind and vaping is prohibited in the unit and on the patio. Violations are subject to a $250 cleaning fee.
● Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $50 if you depart 30 minutes late and a charge of $50 for every 30 minutes thereafter unless complimentary check-out has been granted by the host prior.
