The uniqueness of this wonderful home is the backyard which is lavishly landscaped with both beautiful flowers and lush greenery and includes a Hollywood style kidney shaped pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a secret garden with a divine pergola for added alfresco dining. The outdoor deck is outfitted with a sofa, table with dining for eight and grill. The kitchen has a ceiling fan and overlooks the deck and is generously equipped with everything you might need to create your gourmet feasts- fully stocked with a coffee maker, blender, juicer, panini maker and all the dishes, glassware, and silverware you might need.
The living room is beautifully decorated with colorful local art and photography, a large screen TV and a working fireplace with two huge comfy sofas. There is a large low key but elegant dining room for evenings when there might be a chill in the air. There are four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one large main with a huge claw-foot tub and shower, and a half bath downstairs. The extra-large lavender master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bath, a huge closet and large screen TV. The green bedroom has a queen-sized bed, calming and serene with its Zen vibe. The blue bedroom has a queen size bed, a large screen TV and a nautical vibe. The sunny yellow bedroom has a full-sized bed with a Portofino like feel to it. (All paper goods towels and sheets are included.)
