This is a quiet 1500 square foot townhome designed for comfort. Two large bedrooms located on opposite ends of the home provide privacy for multiple guests. The modern southwest design of this property is accented with furnishings throughout. 10 foot ceilings and skylights bring extra light into the entire home.
The backyard was professionally landscaped and includes a covered patio with ceiling fan. A new gas grill is located on the back patio along with patio furniture, ideal for outdoor entertaining!
The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, 37” flat screen TV and DVD player, private bathroom with a separate shower and two sinks. Connected to the bathroom is a very large closet giving you all the space you might need for a long vacation. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed a closet with 2 sliding doors.
This property has an additional room off of the main living space that can be used as an office or den but can easily be transitioned into a sleeping area with a queen size Murphy bed pulling out from the wall.
