Come stay at this beautiful home located in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Home has access to nearby restaurants and fast food just minutes away. Mins away from Downtown Glen Ellyn and 40 minutes from Downtown Chicago. Close to Schaumburg, Oakbrook and Yorktown Mall. Close to a major highway and focal point to travel anywhere.
Beautiful home with everything you need from pool, firepit, indoor and outdoor kitchen, arcade system for kids and foosball table, along with many more amenities. Lounge on a 14 foot outdoor table next to an outdoor kitchen. Fire up the firepit and enjoy smores with the family/friends. Cool off in a huge pool that is 40 feet long and 18 feet wide. Yard is large enough to play vollyeball or other sports for the kids.
Note: Pool will be open starting May 15th through Sept 24th (weather permitting). Along with complete outdoor seating. Please feel free to ask questions about accommodations
Pool is non heated (additional 75/day fee for heating pool)

1. Absolutely NO SMOKING in the house
2. No house parties! No gatherings of any size! (**Party event package available upon request for select events with a max 20 guest total** starting at $2000 with a minimum stay of 3 days, fees and event package are outside reservation cost)
3. No pets
4. No outside visiting guest allowed without permission for any duration of stay.
5. Visitors will be charged $50 outside of reserved guest count
We may ask you to leave if you break any of the rules above at any point during your stay.
