This 3-level, single family home has 5 bedrooms (7 sleeping areas), 3.5 bathrooms and three + large living areas to entertain guests by the fireplace, relax with friends and family, play board games, ping-pong and more! Inside you will find high end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and quartz countertops. In addition, all of our furniture, mattresses and bedding were purchased with comfort in mind.
All of our bedding is 100% luxury cotton, and our towels are from Pottery Barn and EcoSource. Beds are incredibly comfortable and there are extra pillows if you need them!
* Living Spaces *
Living Room 1: This large family room is located on the main floor next to our kitchen and is open concept with vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy gas fireplace. Prepare a meal or have some coffee while sitting at our beautiful kitchen island, or relax by the fire after a long day of exploring. This room is equipped with a wall-mounted TV. It also features a small writing desk and several bougie throw blankets!
Living Room 2: This is our formal living room, connected to our formal dining room. This space is perfect for large gatherings and holidays where everyone can be together in a cohesive space.
Living Room 3: Located in the lower level with ping pong table, beverage cart and fridge, and a huge sectional sofa that doubles as a queen-sized sofabed, There is another TV, movies, video games, and a ton of board games for you to enjoy. Plus surround sound for the ultimate movie experience.
*Kitchen*
Huge, open concept kitchen with stunning quartz countertops, state-of- the art appliances, and fully stocked with all of the utensils, pots & pans, and gadgets you may need to cook a full meal at home or on the holidays.
Keurig coffee machine, electric tea kettle, French press and full coffee bar are available for your use. You'll find a nice selection of coffees and teas, along with creamer, a few spices and cooking oil as well. NOTE: The kitchen sink faucet is motion activated. You'll need to wave your hand behind the neck of the faucet to get it to turn on.
* Bedrooms and Sleeping Arrangements *
Bedroom 1: Primary suite w/king bed. Upper level.
Bedroom 2: Full-sized bed. Upper level.
Bedroom 3: Full-sized bed. Upper level.
Bedroom 4: Queen-sized bed. Lower level.
Bedroom 5: At the base of the stairs to the lower level, you will find two twin beds sitting side by side, along with with a desk and plenty of storage space. This room is open and does not have a door. Lower level.
Bedroom 6: This is a bedroom that was converted into a walk-in closet. We can furnish this space with either a pack & play or luxury queen inflatable mattress. Upper level.
PLUS: Family room has a queen sized pull out sofa bed w/memory foam mattress. Lower level.

*Bathrooms*
Bathroom 1: Powder bath, main level
Bathroom 2: Primary ensuite (upper level) with double vanity, soaking tub, separate shower, separate water closet, and a walk-in closet.
Bathroom 3: Full bathroom (upper level) including a large vanity, tub/shower combination, toilet, medicine cabinet and linen closet.
Bathroom 4: Full bathroom (basement level) including a large vanity, tub/shower combination and toilet.
*Office/Workspaces*
1. Large private office on the main level, available for those working remotely or who just need some space to work and think.
2. Writing desk w/chair in Living Room #1 on the main level.
3. Large desk w/chair in Bedroom #2.
4. Student desk w/chair in Bedroom #3.
5. Small desk in open area at the base of the lower level staircase.
