Parties and other kinds of events are not allowed in the unit.
Our neighbors are important to us, and most of them live here full-time. So please try to keep noise to a minimum between 11 pm and 8 am.
This unit is on a septic system. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. DO NOT pour any grease down the sink drain or toilet. Do not flush feminine products, baby wipes, diapers, condoms, toys, harsh chemicals & cleaners.
Do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
