Conveniently located across the street from Ponce City Market, Atlanta Beltline and O4W Park and near Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and countless shops, restaurants and bars!
The highly equipped kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, plus microwave and washer/dryer in the unit. There is a dining/meeting table with seating for 6 and a large TV for presentations or watching your favorite movie. We provide YouTube TV so you will have all the options you need for news and sports.
Both bedrooms have queen beds with brand new firm mattresses and luxury cotton sheets for a great nights sleep. We also offer soft cushy pillows! The nightstands have charging stations and each room has a TV. You may enjoy YouTube TV on us or log into your account on any of the other streaming platforms.
Upstairs we have a dedicated work space with two stations, 2 monitors, 2 keyboard with mouse set ups and a printer. The livingroom also has a queen sleeper sofa. We can accommodate up to 6 people as overnight guests.
We offer day use only reservations as well so if you just need a place to work or meet with clients, ask us about our competitve hourly rates.

The door to the apartment is just steps from the parking garage. You will access the place with a code for the smart lock on the front door. There are no stairs to get into the apartment. There is one bedroom on the entry level. The living room and 2nd bedroom are on the second floor.

This is strictly a NO Smoking property indoor and outdoor. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and full replacement of rugs and curtains will be charged.
There is a potential for noise and smells from the night club and hookah place located closeby. During the week nights you may hear sounds and on the weekends more so. We provide noise canceling machines and ear plugs if you need them. The night club is not supposed to allow cigarette or pot smoking, but if people are breaking the rule - you may smell it. Not for people with allergies.
There is a air circulator that takes air out of the unit to help with the smells from the night club. It is a long pipe that makes a mechanical/rattling noise in the master bedroom.
