(KGV25P 1-2) BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED TWO BEDROOM PATIO UNIT IN THE GOLF VILLAS!
This condo is our family's home away from home a few months each year. The kitchen has all the amenities to provide for a home cooked meal. Two large bedrooms sleep 4 comfortably (California King beds in both Master and Guest bedroom). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and shower. The living room, dining room, and guest bedroom open directly to the lanai overlooking the 2019 renovated 5th tee of the Bay Course with awe inspiring views of the ocean with Molokai and Lanai islands beyond. The lanai is the perfect place to sit, relax, drink your morning coffee, or your late day cocktail, and watch the gorgeous sunsets - every day seems to bring a new "best one ever!"
Our condo is located in the prestigious Kapalua Golf Villas in beautiful NW Maui. Recreational opportunities at the Villas include: zip-lining, bike rentals, hiking trails, four swimming pools, basketball courts, the Tennis Garden with tennis/pickleball courts and two spectacular 18 hole golf courses. Outside of the Villas, you are just a short distance (about a 10 minute walk) from 4 of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii: Kapalua Bay noted as “America’s Best Beach” by National Geographic with amazing snorkeling opportunities; Napili Bay with smooth white sands and great waves for body surfing and boogie boarding; D T. Fleming beach, a good place for a picnic, turtle/whale watching, or just relaxing; and Oneloa Bay, a very large white sand beach, but sparsely populated.
Maui offers many other spectacular outdoor activities elsewhere as well such as whale watching, helicopter tours, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, scuba diving, wind surfing, mountain biking and hiking. Your vacation can be both relaxing and fun filled at the same time…the possibilities are endless!
