Additional description & Rules:
- No smoking at all inside the home.
- Please no shoes inside the home. The hardwood floors are freshly polished.
- There are security cameras outside of the home.
- The interior cleanerβs closet and the garage/maintenance room underneath the house are locked and inaccessible. Everything else around the house is completely open.
- We do provide ample cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, olive oil, and basic seasonings, such as salt, pepper, garlic salt, and cayenne.
- For winter, we have a new boiler system that provides ample heat.
- For summer, we will be installing window AC Units.
- Guest use exercise equipment at their own risk.
