Beautiful direct ocean front view from all rooms. Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean from all rooms. This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a newly remodeled kitchen (2023).
We are installing a new pool and seawall, but you still have direct ocean front views from all rooms. At times, you might see or hear heavy equipment building the seawall and/or pool. Beach access is an 800 ft South of our building. We provide a beach wagon with sand wheels, small backpack cooler, chairs, and towels for your short walk (sidewalk) to the beach entrance which is located at Seagull Park (please see photos). If you prefer to drive there are 15 parking spaces, and an outside shower.
The remodeled kitchen (2023) provides all needed essentials, plus additional comfort items. The kitchen has double ovens, all new appliances, and a beautiful coffee bar. In fact, this condo has everything you need for a beach vacation, just bring your clothes and sunscreen.
In addition to new flooring, this condo has new furniture in both bedrooms. The condo has a new private balcony to relax and watch sunrises and launches. We take cleanliness seriously. All mattress covers, sheets, quilts, blankets, rugs and towels are laundered between guests.
Our lobby is newly remodeled (2023). The game room and library are currently being remodeled. The outside of the building and balconies have been remodeled (concrete restoration). You can relax knowing you are vacationing in a beautiful and safe ocean front condo in a beautiful and safe ocean front building. Some stone work continues on the front, first level of the building. However, this should not be loud on the East side. This work, along with the seawall and pool is Monday-Friday from 8 am–5 pm.
Our six-story building is in Satellite Beach, near Patrick Air Force Base. Our 2nd floor condo comes with free garage parking, hi-speed internet, and cable. Please carefully view all photos (no filters used) for additional descriptions.
