**You will have access to the first floor of home which includes 3 bedrooms, a dining room, living room, kitchen.
Please be aware that we have neighbors living in the downstairs garden unit so the shared spaces include the basement with the washer and dryer, the garage, and the private fenced backyard. They have a dog that roams in the backyards sometimes.**
Our charming & relaxing home preserves its charm with the original hardwood floors and wood trim with small modern touches such as the kitchen backsplash and upgraded entertainment. Perfect to lounge and relax in, the space is well decorated with a large living room with a dedicated workspace, & dining table and private backyard that lights up to life at night with its string lights!
***We are happy to accommodate up to 8 people, with our couch that turns into a sleeper and a futon in the sun room area, but please keep in mind, there is only 1 bathroom.***

The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed which occupies most of the space but well worth the lovely nights rest you'll receive. Equipped with its own 55 inch Roku Smart TV, blinds and curtains, included for your comfort. Also includes a large dresser and closet with hangers.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, blinds, a ceiling fan , a large dresser and closet with hangers.
The 3rd bedroom includes a queen bed, blinds and curtains, a ceiling fan as well as a large dresser.
All of our bedrooms have the softest memory foam mattresses and fluffiest pillows that makes sleeping its own sanctuary!

***We have neighbors living in the garden unit located in the basement floor of the house so the basement where the laundry room is located, detached garage, and backyard are shared spaces.***
-Primary guests that don't have reviews and not a 4-5 star reviews, we will require a $500 additional deposit which will be refunded at the end of your stay, given that there are no issues or any damages.
***Please be aware we have 24/7 security camera outside premises for added protection. One ring video doorbell camera and one outdoor camera over the backyard entrance + garage.***
