The Kitchenette is set up with everything you need to get going in the morning. The Living Room has an electric fireplace, a 55” TV and a workstation set up so all you need to do is plug in your laptop. The queen size bed is cushy and comfortable with a memory foam mattress and topper. Pets are allowed; access to the fenced back yard means play room for your pup. 15 minutes to downtown Peoria and Bradley University, 10 minutes to ICC.
There is a folding bed, full sized, for a third person. I’m told it’s comfy! Be aware there is no real door between the bedroom and the living room, but I have put up a curtain.
Please do not book if you don’t like dogs. This is a pet-friendly listing. There’s going to be dog hair. I try to keep it to a minimum but it’s still going to be there.
Early check-in is available for a fee of $10. Please ask for permission before you arrive. If you check in without asking, the fee will be $20. Late check-out is also available for a fee of $10 an hour with permission. If you overstay without permission you will be charged for that night.
