Summary: The hotel itself is beautiful. Our room was very nice and the beds were pretty comfortable. We did find lots of loose hair that did not belong to us on the sheets and all over the shower floor and the crevices of the shower walls. We were only there for one night so we didn't want to ask for anything, we just dealt with it. I'm sure the hairs belong to those who clean the rooms, not from a previous guest. So it would be worthwhile for a second person to check the rooms over once they are cleaned and before the next check in to make sure everything is neat and tidy/hairless. The location is very convenient and the holiday decorations were beautiful.
