Fully furnished with all you could ever need for a vacation or extended stay. WiFi and Cable TV are included, as well as all utilities. Beautiful patio with outdoor kitchen which you may use, and a new swimming pool. The master bedroom sleeps 2, there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room which can sleep an additional 2 people. You will get ONE parking spot as well. The property is private and secure, and is under personal and video surveillance at all times. ***NOTE: This is our promotional and discounted, long-term (30nights+) summer advertisement, requires that you sign a lease, and will only show available between April and November. The owners live on the same property, in the front building. The cottage is in the back. We are a semi-retired couple who work from home, so we are always home and available should there be any issues or maintenance requests. We are very laid back, but we do have a couple of rules we expect every guest to follow. We have a zero tolerance policy for any kind of drugs on the property. Somoking is allowed, but only outdoors. We do not want "party" guests. Noisy guests who are consistently loud, especially during our quiet hours in the evenings (music, yelling, loud tv, etc) will be asked to leave. We are there all the time, and we will know everything that goes on at all times. We do not allow guests or visitors to the property without an introduction to the hosts. We do not tolerate heavy foot traffic. Overnight guests not listed on the reservation are not permitted under any circumstance. We do not allow the property to be used as a place of business, or as an office or home base for doing business out of. Our pet policy allows only very small animals. Cats are ok, as well as toy and mini friendly breeds of dogs under 15 pounds. There is a 75$ non refundable pet fee. One Pet maximum, generally.
