The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Whether you’ve come to Marion for Crab Orchard or are just passing through, this house is sure to please! It features two queen bedrooms and a full bath on both floors, great for two families traveling together. Everyone will be able to enjoy the spacious living room, open concept kitchen/dining, and the private backyard (note it is only partially fenced)
The space
This two story house has an open floor plan on the main level. The living room comfortably sits 5 but chairs can be pulled from the desk and dining area for an additional 5 seats.
The kitchen is equipped with plastic eatery for 8 adults and 4 kids, pots and pans, bakeware set, cutting mats and knife, scissors, mixing bowls, and coffee maker.
Both bathrooms have tub/showers with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Extra towels and forgotten toiletries are in nearby closets.
The bedrooms have nightstands with lamps. All bedding is white for sanitation and hotel-like standards. There is extra bedding in the closets should you need them.
Please note the extras in closets are the reason we are able to have quick cleaning times and early check-ins/late check-outs. Using them all results in the next guest not being able to have the house ready for them quickly.
The backyard is partially fenced. There’s a little concrete landing and spot where some guests have made a bonfire.
Please feel free to use the garage, it does have a pet door so be sure to block that before leaving any pets in there.
Since we are family and pet friendly, we do ask that you consider this before booking and understand cleaning up every pet and human hair is impossible. The floors are probably the worst color for showing particles, but we do promise it has been swept and mopped before every stay. It is a home, not a hotel but we do try our best to keep hotel standards for your peace of mind and our 5 star rating. Should anything come up, we are more than happy to help!
