HI! We are Steve and Betsy and are excited to share our Evanston Home with you! Now that we are empty nesters, we are enjoying traveling and exploring the country in our home on wheels for extended periods of time.
We looking for a great tenant to enjoy our home while we are gone. Our home has a cozy, laid back vibe in a great neighborhood. The home is dog friendly in a very dog friendly neighborhood for great walks and parks nearby. This is the perfect place to call home while visiting the Evanston area for an extended period of time.
INSIDE SPACE
Updated kitchen with stainless steel Bosch appliances. Fully stocked with pots, pans and kitchen tools, plus lots of available spices.
Kitchen table with built in bench seating sits next to the screen porch with adjoining window. Seats 5 comfortably.
Breakfast bar separates kitchen from family room. Great workspace next to large window. It also doubles as a serving bar or spot for two people to eat.
Family room with picture windows and screen door, lots of natural light. Great view of the Sycamore, Elm and Coffee trees.
2 Bedrooms and 1 Full Bath.

Bathroom: Recently remodeled! Shower/Tub Combo
Unfinished Basement with additional Family Room Space (unfinished) with large sectional and oversized TV, 3rd Bedroom (Unfinished) and Laundry facilities. (pictures available upon request)

Deck with outdoor TV, hammock and propane fire pit. Good shade and sun.
Fenced side yard grassy area great for dogs and kids.
Front Adirondack sitting area. Watch the world go by, good people and dog watching.
Screen Porch with TV. Perfect spot for your morning coffee.
One car driveway. Car rental can be discussed.

**2 cruiser bikes to bike into town for lunch or dinner or to the beach plus grocery burley to bike to the store. (Burley not suitable for children) Dart Board, Corn Hole Boards, Bluetooth speakers.
