Welcome to our recently refreshed Ballard home! We’ve taken this charming 1906 home and added modern touches including a granite counter top kitchen, and new floors in the bedrooms/balcony!
Park in your designated parking spot and drop your bags, coats and shoes into the med room. You’ll enjoy the open plan kitchen, dining room and living room - there’s lots of space but you can feel together. Each room has a work desk in case you need to work. Finally, enjoy the sunset on the covered balcony.
The House has been split into 2 separate units. You will have some and exclusive use of your space plus 3 parking spaces.

We have 2 bedrooms (queen beds) each with a work desk. Our lighter room has windows on two sides and lots of natural light. The back room is cooler and darker for those that like a tucked away snooze but equally cozy! . There is a Bathroom with a shower between the two rooms.
One of our favourite spots is the covered balcony which looks over the mountains and is a great place to enjoy seeing the birds fly by at dusk.
Parking is on site, and access to the house is 3 steps, then all on one level. You’ll arrive to the mud room so you can drop your shoes and coats as you arrive!
We are normally available remotely and ask for your check in time so we can answer any questions. You’ll have flexible self check in!
The Neighbourhood
Welcome to the heart of Seattle’s northern neighbourhoods! Cross the road for some of our best coffee at “Picolinos”, and just two blocks away is the lovely Mainstay Provisions with great wine selections and delicious food. Along the road you’ll find other favourites like Raíz (Mexican) and Joli (French). Plus some local bars you can stumble the 5 minutes home from!
The house is at the corner of this quaint high street, so you can walk to everything.
You won’t find a better location between Ballard/Fremont and all the central locations: Ballard Market (5 mins), Golden gardens (11 mins), Greenlake (8 mins), Zoo (3 mins), Space Needle (10 mins), Pike Place Market (15 mins).
