Positive: Booth Creek 2945A is a fabulous place to stay. The house is first class, with quality features and a warm place to visit with family. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.. The location was perfect for us, because the wedding we were attending was only minutes away. It is also a short drive to Vail Village.

Negative: Booth Creek 2945A is a fabulous place to stay. However I would like to share some thoughts on how to improve the experience. First: First impressions are always the most important. Having a construction trailer parked in front of our primary parking spaces on arrival is not a good start. Then, when the trailer was removed they severely damaged a planted pot, which looked terrible and could have been charged to us. Second: The master bath with the tub/shower combo was almost impossible to enter or exit without a step stool and grab bar. The left sink drain in this bath, as well as the lower level bedroom with the Queen size bed are clogged and drain very very slowly. Third: There is no working Cork Screw in the building. We found parts of a “Screw Pull” opener, but no working unit. Along these same lines, we asked and never received an answer as to where the Ironing board and Iron were located in the house. We were here for a formal wedding and could not touch up our clothes before the event.
