The main level is open-plan with living, dining, and kitchen areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows face Long Island Sound on two sides. A gas fireplace with a stone mantel anchors the living room. Barn doors separate a media area with a 70-inch 4K TV and streaming access.
The kitchen has white shaker cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a gas range. A farmhouse dining table seats ten under double-height windows with Sound views. A second round table seats six near sliding glass doors.
A spiral staircase connects to the upper level. The primary bedroom has a king bed, panoramic Sound views through floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and balcony access.
