This spacious home is beautifully designed with a nice open layout. The kitchen comes fully equipped with state-of the-art appliances and and a convenient bar top dining table. Prepare delicious meals and enjoy the sleek and modern design. The open concept dining is ideal for enjoying a more sociable dining experience.
The home features a spacious master bedroom, with a modern en-suite bathroom, and three additional bedrooms. These bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and include bed-size variability to accommodate your entire family and/or group. One room includes 2 queen beds, another includes 2 double beds, and the third includes 2 single beds. These three bedrooms share a clean, well-lit full bathroom, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
Outside, discover the spacious backyard haven with a heated pool (9 feet deep) and a spacious patio area. Enjoy some fun in the sun, lounging in the lawn chairs or take a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool. This home is the perfect getaway. Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, and garage.
1. No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. 500 dollar fee if the house smells like smoke
2. No parties: The property is intended for quiet enjoyment. Please respect the peace and privacy of the neighbors. please clean up after entertaining. a 500 dollar fee will be added if we find a party happened in the property.
3. Pool safety: Guests assume all responsibility for pool use. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, running, or glassware around the pool area. Use the pool at your own risk.
4. Pool equipment: *IMPORTANT* Guests must leave vacuum inside pool, otherwise damage to the entire filtration system may occur and guest could face up to $1300 in fines for reparations.
5. No pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly approved by the host in advance. Violation of this rule may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation. 100 dollar plus fee a day plus cleaning fee extra if we find a pet was in the property.
6. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is 4:00PM, and check-out time is 10:00AM. Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
7. BBQ grill usage: The BBQ grill is available for your use. Clean the grill after use. Ensure the grill is turned off and cooled down before leaving the area.
8. Noise level: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours. Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood and the comfort of other guests nearby.
9. Guest limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 10. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.
10. Respect the property: Treat the house and its amenities with care. Report any damages or issues immediately to the host. Guests will be responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
