Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in the North Center/Lakeview neighborhood, the featured space is a beautiful studio with a queen-sized bed and two-person soaking jacuzzi tub. The suite is able to accommodate as many as 4 guests comfortably. It has it's own private entrance with a deck. For our guest's convenience, we have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the suite. The outdoor space has a beautifully landscaped and furnished garage deck that guests are welcome to enjoy.
The suite is an 800 square foot sun drenched room that has beautiful hardwood floors. With a gorgeous spa like bathroom that has a large Jacuzzi tub and rain shower head.
Private entrance makes it easy to come and go.
I do live on the property so I am available to assist in travel tis or most questions our guest may have.

- Please ensure the removal of all debris from the decks, such as cups, cans, bottles, cigarette butts, and any other litter.
- During warm weather, avoid setting the thermostat lower than 70 degrees. Also, ensure the setting is on “Auto” to prevent condenser freezing.
- Above all, please be considerate of our neighbors.
- No loitering, smoking, drinking, or creating disturbances in the front of the property.
- Please inform us if you require additional towels.
- No loud music is allowed inside or outside the property after 10 p.m. The City of Chicago enforces a noise ordinance stating “No excessive noise between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.” If the neighbors complain and the police are called, there will only be one warning from management. Management reserves the right to terminate the remainder of your stay with no refund.
