Beautiful view of Lake of Egypt with this 3 bedroom home with a private deep water boat dock.
Amenities include:
Bedrooms: The masters has a queen bed and its own bathroom with walk in shower. The other bedrooms share a full bath with a tub shower. Each room has a double log bed. There are two sectional couches as well as an air mattress to accommodate your entire group.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with all the appliances needed, including a Keurig coffee maker. Pots and pans, cooking utensils, and plates, cups and silverware are all included.
Living Room: Sectional couch, desk and chair, gas log fireplace and 47" flat screen smart TV as well as WIFI through out the house.
Game Room: Multi purpose game table, including, pool, air hockey. As well as other board games.
Outside Deck: Huge double decker deck overlooking the lake with porch swings, picnic table, gas grill and hot tub.
Lake Fun: Deep water ‘No Wake Zone’ with private boat dock and lift. 2 kayaks, canoe, swim toys, rope swings.
You need to understand that you will be vacationing next to a wonderful family who lives there year round. Josh is a commercial carpenter and Allison is a director of a stay at home nursing facility. They have 2 great school age kids. Blake (8yrs) is an excellent fisherman and would gladly teach anyone to fish. (You’ll usually find him fishing off of their dock.) They also have an 80 lbs. boxer named Ruby. Ruby is a super friendly dog that does not have a mean bone in her body. She will come over to meet you. (Like I said, super friendly).
This family is very important to me and some of my favorite people on the planet. If any of this seems like a problem for you, then I ask that you rent somewhere else.
