THINGS TO NOTE:
• For the 2026 season, there may be active construction at the lakefront (yacht club/restaurants, beach, etc.). Abbey Springs may limit or close lakefront amenities at any time. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Parking lot parking is available for 2 vehicles. Any additional cars may park at the clubhouse.
• There is a 30A plug by the air conditioner that can be used to charge an EV, as long as you bring a travel charger that fits your car.
• Golf cart is available approximately May-September. Renter will be required to sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.
• Upon entering the neighborhood, guests will need to check in at the security checkpoint where they will issue access cards and parking pass(es). No more than 8 guests will be allowed onto the grounds of the community. Guest passes for community amenities are included in the nightly rate.

• The Abbey Springs community provides the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sport courts, arcade, fitness center, beach, lakefront park, and restaurants. As such, host is not responsible for the lack of availability of any community-provided amenities.
