**Pet-friendly. We allow dogs up to 50 pounds on a case-by-case basis. The pet fee is $200 per pet.
**The Pool will be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day - possibly from April 1 to Memorial Day and Labor Day to October 31, depending on the weather. The pool is closed from November 1 to March 31.
$150 pool service/cleaning fee (when the pool is open) and a $75/day heating fee from April 1 to Memorial Day and Labor Day to October 31. If applicable, pool fees will be requested after booking confirmation (and when we know the pool is open).
**For bookings of 10+ days, there is an interim cleaning with $100 fee. We'll do our best to coordinate our cleaner around your schedule.
This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras for your safety and peace of mind. Four Ring cameras (all exterior) face the front yard, side yard (both sides), and backyard.
