Off the living room is a back porch with two chairs to enjoy the fresh air. Perfect for entertaining friends and family! Second floor offers a master suite with a king bed, 42” TV, spacious walk-through closet and beautiful master bath. The second floor also has two additional bedrooms, both with a queen bed, and an additional full bath.
Demere Landing also has a swimming pool ensuite for your use. Unit includes WiFi, cable TV, gorgeous hard-wood floors throughout, and with its charming coastal-themed feel, you'll quickly find yourself escaping to island time! Whether you're looking to hit the beach, do some shopping, eat at some of the best local restaurants, or relax by the pool, this townhouse offers it all!
