Guest access
The guests have full access to the entire house, patios, yard and driveway. The detached garage is not accessible to the guests.
Other things to note:
*The detached garage at the rear of the property is used by the hosts. The hosts will not access the house and will not park on the driveway, but may walk down the driveway to access the garage. You may occasionally hear the noise of power tools during business hours.
*The sump pump is located in the crawlspace under bedroom #2 and you may hear the sump pump cycle on and off in bedroom 1 & 2 at any time of day or night.
*We do have hard water in the area, occasional iron deposits or hard water spots are normal. We have installed a state of the art carbon filtration system for your comfort.
*There are stairs to access the second floor, and one step per patio to access the house. There is a three inch door guide for the utility room sliding doors, please be careful when using the laundry.
