The space
The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Each bedroom enjoys its own en suite full bathroom, allowing for plenty of privacy. Each bedroom also has its own access to a patio area (the primary suite enjoys its own patio).
The home's living room and dining area are spacious and light filled, with tall ceilings and neutral tones. It's the perfect place to lounge and relax. The living room also features a large flat screen TV (no cable, but you can sign into Netflix, HBO and other streaming services).
The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept and provide access to the back back patio where you can enjoy the incredible desert view. The home makes for great indoor/outdoor living and is only steps away from one of the many community pools and hot tubs. And for those that play tennis, there are multiple tennis courts in the community to enjoy - also just steps from the back door.
The back patio also features a gas grill, outdoor seating area, and 2 bean bag lounge chairs that are the best place to enjoy a cocktail or coffee.

The bedroom also overlooks a patio with a charming tree that attracts all the hummingbirds... you're sure to see a few if the weather is right!
Bedroom #3: The third bedroom can function as an office space or bedroom. It features a premium pull out sofa from West Elm, a beautiful desk, and clothing rack with storage for all of your outfits and personal items. This bedroom/office also has an en-suite bathroom with spacious countertops, oversized mirror, and a shower with tub.
